Countries around the world agreed last year on the goal of ensuring sustainable access to a wide range of vaccines for all, in a bid to save 50 million lives by the end of this decade. But to meet that challenge, there is a need for "a new paradigm", the WHO's vaccine chief Kate O'Brien said.
