Even though the number of COVID admissions has come down to a trickle, some elderly patients are still admitted for non-COVID ailments who also happen to be 'incidental COVIDs', preventing the latter from shutting down isolation units. The units cant be closed down completely till the number of COVID positives turn zero, some hospitals say.
