The Goa Public Service Commission (GPSC) is finding it difficult to fill the posts as it is tough to find doctors in reserved category who have completed MD, MCh and MS. Last couple of years, the GPSC has been repeatedly advertising for the posts, but they are not finding suitable candidates. In some cases, the GPSC has even advertised six times to fill a vacancy.
