bodyweight exercises
It's just! It is quite possible to exercise and burn fat with just your own weight and without additional equipment. There are many very effective methods (the FizzUp, the Lafay method, etc.), all based essentially on the same exercise. Examples:
Burpees: Exercise To Burn Fat! Very popular in CrossFit programs, these use your entire body, including squats, push-ups, and jumps. In a few seconds you will be completely exhausted, trust us. In addition to working your muscles, the burpee is a great cardio exercise. The perfect all-in-one!
Push Ups: This exercise does not need to be introduced. Get variety by placing your hands in different positions, or make it easier by keeping your knees down.
Sit Ups: Again, you will be familiar with this. Like push-ups, you can do different exercises to target different parts of your abs.
Squats: The perfect exercise for working your thighs. Feel free to change the timing of your ascent and descent to make things difficult.
swimming exercise
It's not that hard to reach the pool these days. Almost all apartments are equipped or there is always a club nearby which gives you the benefit of a swimming pool. While we all enjoy the splurge and slack in the pool, we can't ignore the dazzling benefits of swimming. You really want to lose weight, but the thought of lifting weights for hours after work almost sounds like torture?
Is swimming legal training? It's a great full body workout with minimal impact on the joints. As you walk in water, every movement you make goes against the natural resistance of the water: every stretch, every push, every kick and kick takes an effort to push the water out. It offers a training opportunity in itself. Pair it with swimming exercises to lose weight and you are good to go. Water also has incredible calming benefits for your mind. Now, does this sound like something you would like to consider even after a long day at work?
